This blog was started long before the present ED when on her rampage. This blog is not and has not been started by disgruntled employees. This blog was started by a group of advocates when the Board of Directors hired a non- qualified, over paid individual to act as an E.D.
The advocates worked long and hard to prevent what is happening at this center today.

Another cuts coming down…Who is going to get hurt this time so she can keep her hugh salary. Maybe the AD can go part time to try and save the agency.
It’s 2011 and I got a copy of your 2010 advocate. Is this the best you could come up with. Old news, do anything new there lately?
The BOD should ask her at every meeting, what have you done the past month? Ask her for a months worth of work not just the one week she reports. IDMS needs to be watched closely by funders.
Why are we just complaining about the same things over and over? There is nothing positive happening. Can't we just expose the BOD and their executive director for the frauds that they are? They are unethical and sucking the life out of NILP. There are serious financial problems that started three years ago and continue. The board treasurer was indicted and convicted of screwing her employees out of their salaries and stood up at the NILP annual meeting and lied about a serious loss of funding. I'm so pissed off that people just keep talking on this blog and don't do something that will bring these people down.
Looking for someone that is willing to do some technical computer work such as: scanning a server for e-mails over a one year period one year. Must have knowledge and experience with a PC server.
